Seven research laboratories
INSA Strasbourg research relates to the fields of expertise included in the degree courses.
The school has seven research laboratories, each with its own team. Work in the laboratory's focuses on engineering and architectural sciences.
Three technology platforms (PFT)
INSA Strasbourg is a partner of three platforms, production engineering and high-speed machining, hydraulics and plastifics technology.
Doctoral schools
INSA Strasbourg doctoral schools set out to provide researchers with the training they need for their careers.
The School's research facilities are for the most part included in the doctoral school of mathematics, information science and engineering (ED No 269).
Around 30 Ph.D. students research their theses in the school’s laboratories, and about 10 Ph.D.'s are awarded every year.
