Materials for photovoltaic and electronic devices
The MaCEPV team covers multi-disciplinary research activities ranging from the production of materials by different physical and chemical means to the realization of elementary components (diodes, transistors, memory, photovoltaic cells, etc.), and including the modeling of load transport in these components.
The scientific objectives are the comprehension of the mechanisms that govern the growth of films (organic or inorganic) or nanoparticles, the modification of these materials by chemical or physical treatments, and finally, the correlation of the structural and morphological properties of the materials produced with their optical or electronic and even opto-electronic characteristics.
