Learning agreement
Exchange students accepted to come to INSA Strasbourg must complete a Learning Agreement (contrat d’étude).
To draw up your Learning Agreement, you will find in the course catalogue all the courses offered by INSA Strasbourg. However, you should note that this list of courses is liable to undergo changes.
All courses offered are taught in French. The minimum language level required is B1-B2.

European credit transfer system
The studies at INSA Strasbourg are organized over a 5-year programme, divided into ECTS credits.
The ECTS is a system of attributing and transferring credits that allows Europe-wide recognition and greater legibility of teaching programs.
Organisation of the course

The academic year at INSA Strasbourg is divided into two semesters. Each specialty (engineering or architecture) starts and ends courses at different times of year.
Internships
As a foreign student, you are have possibility, like any regularly enrolled student, to complete an internship, which must be included in your Learning Agreement.
